Dan used to represent police officers and he knows where to look for evidence of police misconduct. Before opening the Nixa Law Firm, Dan was an attorney with the Federal Civil Rights Litigation Division for the City of Chicago. There, he gained significant experience defending police officers in high-stakes civil rights cases.
Dan was also an attorney at one of Chicago’s premier, national law firms where he represented Fortune 100 companies in complex lawsuits across the country.
